Our flagship, food truck named Borinquen Soul inspires our daily mission.  Borinquen [Borikén] was the original name given to the Island of Puerto Rico by one of its original inhabitants the indigenous Taino Warriors. Borinquen [Borikén] translates to “Land of the Valiant and Noble Lord.” Our goal is to showcase the love and orgullo we have for our vibrant culture through the authenticity and quality of our flavorful comida. Our mission is to provide the diverse communities of the Bay Area with a "Taste of Puerto Rico" while reconnecting the home-sick Boricuas with the comida criolla they miss dearly. We are focused on presenting authentic Boricua food that's hecho con mucho gusto y sabor, and providing efficient and friendly service to all our supporters.
